In my Media Promotion and Management class, we were given a fictional restaurant with a unique situation, and we had to create an advertising pitch to best fit their needs and help their business thrive. Elán is a fine dining restaurant in Indianapolis, IN, and after COVID-19, they renovated. The pandemic caused business to decline, and closing for renovations took a toll. They wanted to push special occasion reservations and rebuild their brand and image following their reservations. To do so, we presented them with a unique selling proposition, and options to not only restore their former reputation, but to build upon it. We created a new brand kit for them, and actionable items to get the campaign started.
